Nikos Nikakis although he studied electronics,his passion about local architecture made him turn to natural stone buildings since 1994.

He owns the only natural stone cutting and proccesing factory in the area, and his signature is almost everywhere, from public buildings, village squares, churches, ponds and wells, to hotels, private houses and custom constructions designed to fit each taste. His works combine simplicity and quality while respect the natural surrundings.

Charidimos Manousakis is being busy with constructions since 1980. He takes care of all earth and beton works which are most important in each project. Starting from excavations, to foundations, frame and beton works up to landscaping plots and gardens, with the right mashinery and equippment for each job.

His long experience and cooperation with architects and engeneers has tought him to pay attention to detail which is what makes the difference to quality and safety.

Despina Manousaki, the youngest of the team finished her studies in interior design in 2000. while and after studying she worked with architects in planning and supervising projects.

She speaks English and German. in 2005 she got her real estater licence and since then she accomplished only successful deals and dealt with proud house owners on Crete.

She will accompany each client to available properties, take care of all paperwork and bureaucracy and will take the time to design each clients unique project.

In 2005 we joined forces and created ”Ef katoikein” (Ef Katikin) which means well living in Ancient Greek.

Since then we work with a complete staff network, value each client according to their needs and focus on the differing requirements with absolute confidence.
